Shipping Policy
At TestoCore™, we aim to process all orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate notification containing tracking details.
Shipping Options:

- Orders under $70: $5.95
- Orders over $70: FREE
- Orders under $70: $5.95
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
International Shipping
We strive to process all orders within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. For pre-ordered items, processing will occur within 3 business days once the item is back in stock.
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
If you need assistance with your order, please reach out to us promptly. Please note that we cannot make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
Ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information. If an order is returned because of an address error, we will issue a refund for the original order (excluding shipping fees) and ask that you submit a new order.

Refund Policy
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued, minus the cost of return shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@testocore.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll review each case individually and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email confirming receipt. We’ll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.
